Kathi can show you the clubhouse (by appointment please).

Non member rental fee:

$400

Cost breakdown: $250 for the clubhouse,

$100 donation for the bartender's time and services (he/she will be one of our members, and will also open the clubhouse for you),

and a $50 non-refundable utility/cleaning/maintenance fee. Plus a $100 refundable security deposit.

A really large or special event may cost more, ask Kathi.

Feel free to compare our costs to other waterfront locations!

If you plan to rent the club often, become a member and save some bucks!

Members:

$50 for a small scale daytime event

$100 for Friday or Saturday nights

There is no charge for a member hosted party of 10 people or less.
